To build a plan we process what you tell us about your body, your place to train and your time: your age band, your measurements, what you can use, any injury or restriction you declare, and the weigh-ins and check-ins you record later.
Nothing is measured before you agree.
Consent text versions
The consent text is versioned and dated for each market. The version you agreed to is recorded with your consent, so you can always see which words applied at the time.
