Refund policy

Two different things can give you your money back: the free trial, which never charges you at all, and the withdrawal window that applies where you live. Both are handled inside your account.

During the trial there is nothing to refund

No card is charged while the trial runs. If you cancel before it ends, no payment is ever taken, so there is nothing to ask back.

Your withdrawal window

After the first charge you have a withdrawal window. How long it is, and whether it counts calendar or business days, depends on the market your subscription was opened in.

Calendar days count every day. Business days skip weekends and public holidays. The window starts on the day of the charge.

How to ask for a refund

You open the request yourself, from your account. You do not have to write to anyone, wait for a reply or explain yourself to a person first. You can follow the state of the request in the same place: requested, under review, and then approved, refunded or denied with the reason.

You can give the reason as your statutory withdrawal right, that the product was not what you expected, or a billing error. Any other reason is accepted too.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. A refund asks for a charge that already happened to be returned. You can do either, or both.
